My experience began with smartfares itinerary when I bought from their website 3 tickets for the flight scheduled by the Moroccan company Royal air Maroc on Sunday 23/10/2022 at 2:30 p.m. from Tangier airport in Morocco to the airport of Beauvais in France, and whose reservation number is (3UWGYK) and I paid for it by my credit card 268€ (Euros).
I received after payment a reservation email from smartfares company and I found at the same time on the Royal Air Maroc website that my reservation is in the process of being confirmed.
But in the morning when I checked if the reservation is confirmed on the RAM website I did not even find it, so I contacted RAM and when they looked at their system they didn't find it and they asked me to check with smartfares, I contacted smartfares them selves they told me that the reservation wasn't confirmed by RAM due to lack of seats, and they told me that the reservation will be canceled in this case and they will subtract 150€ (Euros) from the amount of 268€ that I paid and reimburse me the remaining 118€.
So in your opinion is it just what they did to me, why am I going to pay 150€ for a fault they committed and of which I have nothing. I got scammed by this company and it's a real scam, and I have all my rights to sue them front of international justice them and the RAM which helps them to do so through its agreement with them, and I'm even going to reported in front of everyone on social medias and here at your site of course.
I ask them to refund me the entire purchase amount of €268 that I paid because I did nothing but buy the tickets for a flight published by their site and whose seats have already expired and that's is a scam.
I trust in your justice because I already have the same problem in 2019 with a shipping company and thanks to your intervention the problem was solved and I got reimbursed.
