Amazing Antonio who made our day unforgettable
Inspiration565245, 22-07-2022
Antonio was the best- picked us up in a 2022 Mercedes van, which was impeccably clean. We had two stops arranged by him, unforgettable Mostar in Bosnia and a private oyster tour on a boat, which was incredible. Everything was on time, was more than we ever expected, the service was wonderful, and I highly recommend.
A really wonderful journey

I liked that the tour was a free and easy one where we got to choose what we wanted to do and there was no rush. Tatjana, our driver, was very attentive to our needs and even took us for coffee! She drove well and the car was superb (clean, comfy & spacious). Would recommend this to others.

Great Trip - Poor Communication

This was a nice tour of Bosnia-Herzegovina and the Croatian coastline.
Cons:
This is a mom and pop type operation. The tour description is correct, however since we were in Dubrovnik, we decided to not go to Split - but still do the rest. We messaged the company, who acknowledged that we were NOT going to Split. The driver/guide arrived in the morning as planned, but barely spoke English. We told the driver we were not going to Split and acted as if he understood.

Halfway to Split I figured something was wrong. I told the driver in another way that we are not going to Split. He was surprised and called his son to clarify.

The driver was the father of the son who owns the company. The father is not a full time tour guide, rather an operations engineer for a cargo ship. This was his off time. That said, he knew the area very well.

When paying this kind of money we expect better. The man (I believe his name is Mio) is delightful and took us to some cool places. No fault of Mio or his nice personality, it is simply poor management of the company. We've done private tours everywhere in the world, this set the lower end of the range for the experience.

Why not a "2" rating, instead of a "3"? The man was very nice and went out of his way to show us many things off the beaten path. He struggled with English, but was truly accommodating and flexible once understanding that we weren't going to Split.
